Love this hotel
They lost my booking and it took me over 30 minutes to check in. They really did not seem to care if I came back or not. I emailed a complaint with no reply.

The efficiency as well as the friendly demeanor of the hotel staff. Checking in and out was a breeze.
My group only had one small mishap which was more funny than anything. One of the pull-out beds had an open condom in it.
